Red Army

I took a smal pause from my "marines in black".

Since years, I'm collecting 20mm (1/72) Second World War models. I also play them with a couple of nice rule systems: Operation World War Two and Battlefield Evolution World at War.

I have both a full German Panzergrenadier army and a US Armoured Army collected and painted - both the size of a platoon plus several armours.

I decided to start a Soviet infantry platoon (or maybe half company).

In this painting session, I admit, I was very inspired by playing the Call of Duty: World at War videogame :-)

This is the result of my work.
The soldiers are a mix of Preiser, Esci(Italeri) red army boxes.
